Press Accreditation Policy
The Press Office of the XIII BAFICI gives a warm welcome to national and international journalists.
For a smooth organisation please play attention to the accreditation details.
The process of accreditation will take place from February 21st, 2011 to March 18th, 2011 inclusive, exclusively through our official web site.
The Press Office will grant a limited number of accreditations due to the limited capacity of the venues of the festival.
NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED AFTER THE STATED DATE.
Application for accreditations
Graphic press, News agencies, Internet sites, Radio and TV press
Applicants should complete the Accreditation Form on our web site and will be notified by the Press Office within seven calendar days whether their application has been successful.
The accreditation will enable the bearer to:
- attend morning private screenings,
- request interviews,
- attend Press Conferences,
- have access to full press material (Press File, CD-Rom with pictures, festival newspapers and videos),
- enter the Meeting Point,
- have access to the Press Hall,
- have access to the video library,
- attend the Special Activities, for which they will have to collect the tickets from the Press Office on the same day of the activity. Tickets are subject to the capacity of each venue.
For photojournalists and camera operators:
- request interviews,
- attend the Press Conferences,
- have access to the Meeting Point,
- attend the Special Activities, for which they will have to collect the tickets from the Press Office on the same day of the activity. Tickets are subject to the capacity of each venue.
Important: Access to the screening rooms is denied. No interviews or pictures can be taken within the Abasto de Buenos Aires Shopping Centre. They could be carried out instead at the festival’s Meeting Point.
